SMS Terms & Consent
Text message program terms for Social Points Media clients. Last updated 18 September 2026
Program description
Social Points Media LLC ("Social Points Media", "we") sends text messages to clients who have opted in: meeting and call reminders, requests to review or approve website and campaign drafts, notices that a deliverable is ready, replies to your questions, and occasional service announcements. We do not send text messages to prospects, purchased lists, or anyone who has not opted in.
How you opt in
Texting is optional and separate from any agreement with us. You opt in on our dedicated sign-up page at socialpointsmedia.com/sms-signup by ticking a box that is unticked by default and reads:
"I agree to receive project updates and reminders by text from Social Points Media at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
You can also opt in by texting START or JOIN to our business number. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing or receiving any service; it is not part of our service agreement, and declining changes nothing about the work we do for you.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with your project; typically up to 4 messages per month, more during an active launch. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one final confirmation text and nothing further. You can also email hello@socialpointsmedia.com and ask us to stop.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, email hello@socialpointsmedia.com, or call the number shown on our contact page.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and most US regional carriers.
Privacy
Your mobile number and messaging consent are used only to deliver this program. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or consent information with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.
Changes
If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page.
